Options when returning your product:

FOR U.S. AND Canada, Customers, you may return the product in 2 ways:

A. Replacement:
 We will replace damaged, defective, or incomplete items.

  Important Information: We’re unable to ship to addresses not located within the continental USA (Except       Canada) such as U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.

B. Refund: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal. (If you would like to receive your refund on a different method, let us know).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on PayPal or your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
